Amway, a global leader in health, beauty, and home products, sought to refresh its brand image to resonate with a younger demographic. The redesign project focused on incorporating lighter, modern colors for the sub-brand identities, ensuring a more vibrant and youthful aesthetic. This shift in color strategy was intended to make the brand feel more accessible and appealing to a younger audience.

The challenge in this project stemmed from the need to design the UI in Chinese to cater to a Taiwanese market, addressing potential language barriers and ensuring cultural relevance. The design needed to balance user-centric design principles while accommodating the complexities of localization and cultural nuances. This involved careful consideration of typography, iconography, and visual hierarchy to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for the target audience.

Given the vibrant brand identity, the design prioritizes a clean and minimalist approach, ensuring that the visual elements don’t overwhelm the user. This balance allows the brand’s colorful identity to stand out without creating a cluttered or overly busy interface.

Additionally, the platform is supported by robust back-end services, enabling users to easily manage their profiles and personal information. The UX/UI design ensures that these features are accessible and intuitive, providing a seamless experience for users to control and update their data. This thoughtful design enhances usability while maintaining a streamlined, user-friendly interface.

The platform offers a comprehensive e-commerce solution with live selling features, enhancing its appeal by providing an engaging and interactive shopping experience for users. This real-time interaction allows customers to engage directly with sellers, making the platform more dynamic and attractive.

The account center and category management sections are designed for easy accessibility, with intuitive iconography to streamline navigation. The use of clear and recognizable icons enhances the user experience by allowing users to quickly access key features and manage their profiles or product categories without friction. The overall design focuses on simplicity and efficiency, making it easy for users to perform tasks quickly while maintaining a visually appealing interface.
